Obtained the data of the surgical site by computed tomography in DICOM extension, they are inserted in a specific planning software, where the planning center executes a primary project. It is sent to the professional surgeon for approval and refinement necessary for clinical conditions. Once the project is approved, the xenogenous block is milled, which is then sent for preparation and sterilization and registration, so that the surgeon has data on the execution of the grafting material. The results, even with a short follow-up period, are very promising and the rates of trans and post-surgical complications are nil. In conclusion, following the workflow correctly, it is possible to obtain a grafting material customized to the surgical site, perfectly adapted, decreasing surgical time, morbidity and increasing the chances of success in bone grafting procedures.
