The present study evaluated Moyer’s Analysis in individuals of São Luís, Maranhão. Moreover it verified the presence of difference of the dental size among sexes. The sample consists of 38 pairs of plaster model with permanent denture, being 22 of the feminine sex and 16 of the masculine sex. With a drought tip compasses they obtained the real measures of inferior incisors, superior and inferior canine and premolar teeth. The found values were compared with the values estimate for Moyers in the probability level of 75%. There was statistically significant difference between these values, because the real value was observed found of the teeth are larger, in more than 25%, in all situations of the studied sample. Although the dental sizes in the masculine sex have been, on an average, greater than of the feminine sex, statistically significant difference only regarding inferior canine and premolar teeth.
