This article presents a clinical case report of a patient dissatisfied with the color of the tooth 21 restoration performed after suffering dental trauma. The format was adequate, so a previous molding of the palatal region was performed, and a condensing silicone guide was made. The use of the palatal guide facilitates the execution of the restoration and guides the layering of selected resins. Following the Natural Stratification concept, this case demonstrated a restorative treatment of direct restorations in composite resin, which can be considered an alternative for fractured anterior teeth, presenting clinical agility and excellent esthetic results.
