In women, it is common to experience changes due to hormonal imbalance or exposure to Ultraviolet rays, causing the appearance of wrinkles, depigmentation, flaccidity, and others. Patient dissatisfied with the aged aspect, sagging and loss of volume of the zygomatic region on his face. It has been associated with the application of hyaluronic acid and polycaprolactone (PCL) in different areas of the face, highlighting their contributions to the rejuvenation process. Effectiveness and safety were concluded by associating the application of hyaluronic acid and PCL, with immediate satisfactory effect on the contours and shapes of the face.
